Wolfgang Zinggl is a Member of Parliament of Austria and the spokenperson for arts and cultural policy for the Green Party, but before these (in his own words) an active member of socially engaging artist group WochenKlausur that he founded in 1993 and exhibited in Venice Biennale in 1999.
